Quotations
A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Availability, vehicle allocation, route, inclusions, payment terms and cancellation conditions should be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Itinerary changes
Additional stops, waiting, route changes, passenger-number changes or altered timings may require a revised transport plan and may affect price or availability. Changes should be confirmed before travel where possible.
Vehicle allocation
Vehicle categories indicate approximate passenger capacity. Exact make, model, age, luggage capacity and amenities may vary unless a specific feature is confirmed in writing.
Passenger responsibilities
Groups should be ready at the agreed pickup point, follow driver and venue instructions, and provide accurate passenger, luggage and itinerary information. The group leader should remain contactable during the service.
